Progress no.2g drill help needed

I have an old progress drill given to me by a friend but recently it has started jumping out of high gear under load , the dogs on one of the gears are badly worn and iwant to get it out to build it up with weld and reshape it.

I can seem to work out how to get the gears out , does anyone have a schematic or anything for this drill or maybe worked on one before.
