I've got a workshop base to set out for a friend. It will involve setting some profiles up. So to save a bit of time and hassle i made this jig to aid screwing them together. Keeps everything nice and square.

I made some of these adjustable stops to fit on my pins for transferring heights/levels. The pins are 10mm bar and the stops half inch box section with a 6mm nut brazed on. All out of the scrap at work

I made this water level out a couple of large syringes and a length of garden hose. I'll be using this leveling the base for the workshop

for external your jig is wrong as it dosnt square the ends correctly and steps them

however for internal its right so use the clamps from the internal side

This was a complete white elephant. It can now reside in the heroic failures pile. Oh well you live and learn. The rest went swimmingly.
