The answer to this problem is to use anti seize , I've been working with stainless fasteners for 40 odd years and never suffer galling because I always lubricate even when just spinning nuts on by hand
Working on centrifuges, many moons ago, we used to scrub the locking rings with molybdenum bisulphate, clean it off then lube with a mixture of moly bisulph and grease. Jamming was otherwise a bitch of a problem.
