Problem with welder

I own an Miller 130XP Mig welder and here's the problem:

When I turn on the machine and am ready to weld I press the trigure and nothing happens. The relay doesnt click, the feed wheel doesnt turn. I had this problem once before but after i pressed it a few times it worked again. But know theirs nothing. Its not a fuse. Any help would be appreciated.

Missed this one (sorry).

The common faults that cause that sort of thing seem to be loose wires (if you are lucky) or the contactor/relay on the circuit board.
