Hi I have a Nu-Tool 250amp Mig (NW-255P). I have had this for a number of years and it has been fairly trouble free.
A problem has recently started where the wire keeps jamming inside the entrance to the liner, whenever the wire gets stuck for any reason. This is 0.6mm wire and I am doing car bodywork repair.
I suppose I'm answering my own question because this did not happen with with the Sealey wire I used to buy from the auto-factors. But I have been welding with a reel from Weld-UK and I think the wire is softer and more prone to bending when stuck. Has anyone else had this problem or is it something else?
