problem RHOR ASME-200 tig set

6 months old equipment developed major fault, nothing worked. About to package it up for return/repair and tried it one last time. Hay presto worked, but HF continually active on AC and DC. bit nasty as everything the tungsten goes by it is throwing its HF out.

Has anyone own this piece of equipment.
