Hi
I've been given ( best price ) a router which has a 'small' problem. The bolt that holds the machine at a set hight has gone , usually has a thumb lever attached. It had been snapped off , I've managed to get the remains out - it was brass - but I can't find a replacment.
It's about M8 left hand thread and I think classed as a plunge lock bolt. The router is a cheapy sold by homebase and they don't want to know , their reply - for the price why mess about ?
I did try to get on off ebay but it was over the xmas period , the first excuse was he hadn't had a delivery ( so why sell it ? ) after that I was getting fobbed off with weather and other excuses ( did get a refund eventually ).
Can anyone help ?
Thanks , Adam
