do I need to prime the every thing or can I flat off the original panel and paint over it providing it's in good condition, l'm using celly and not changing the colour of the Landy.
Absolutely. If the OE paint is COB it will definitely pickle up under celly if you break through the clear coat. Its the solvent content that does it and is relevant to celly primer as well as top coat. Being a landy, its less likely to be COB so as the guys above say, just key it up for a colour change (grey scotchbrite) but if there are any feather edges from repairs, spot prime.
