Primer

Hi, I'm going to be preparing all the surfaces i y project car for welding, I won't be welding until will into the summer so I'm just wondering what weld through primer I should use and is it ok to leave this on the metal if the car is stored in a garage for numerous weeks? I want to stop the rust and remove it ASAP

Please give me a link to a primer as I have no idea what I'm looking for.

Put weld through primer in ebay search, there are aerosols on there for not too much money.
