Primer before 2 pack topcoat

Hi guys.
I had my van broken into last weekend and have had to replace rear doors. I got second hand ones and need to repaint them. I've brought 2 pack topcoat the right colour but need advice on best undercoat to use as unsure of paint that has been used. I will best spraying them.

is the exisiting paint good? if so you can key it and top coat straight away

if the doors are tatty then sand out any damage and use 2k high build primer on them

The doors are a bit tatty so I was going to lightly filler where needed. Im just worried about paint reactions as I don't no what current paint on door is.

If you give a small corner of the door a quick wipe with a cloth with cellulose thinner on it and it doesn't stick to the paint you're laughing, just key it up 600 to 800 then spot prime your repairs.
