Not really as it depends on the type of gun you are using and size of needle etc.
I have 2 new (same) GF guns one with 1.4 and same gun with 1.7 tips.
Had thought o use 1.4 for HB primer and 1.7 for top coat both at 1:1 ratio.

The docs with the guns should give basic ranges. Also HVLP guns take less air pressure than conventionals.
Tip choice depends a bit on what paint type you're using but I'd say 1.7 for hi-build if it's a conventional gun. I use a 2.0 mostly. But check the manuals first for pressures anyways.
