I rather suspect that anything made by members in this forum would exceed SnapOn quality anyway.ignore the snapon stickers i put them on anything i make. mate is a snapon fan it realy winds him up. the bottom block has four different sized V's

Different size or different angle? If angles, what did you chose?ignore the snapon stickers i put them on anything i make. mate is a snapon fan it realy winds him up. the bottom block has four different sized V's
Gotcha and makes complete sense nowbrightspark got it right. milling machine and a 50mm square chunk. the V's are different sizes for different thickness material to be bent. your V should be eight times the thinkness IE 0ne mm thick plate and your V should be eight mm at the widest point. this is only a general rule it all depends how tight you want the radius of the fold. i have a smaller v as i needed a realy tight radius.
