Premade Pivots for square post.

I have a job for work, some equipment that needs to fold down for transport purposes. I have some vertical columns 100mm box sections that I want to fold them down. I remember seeing somewhere prefabricated hinges that can be welded in place a bit like a flange. These could be pivoted down or bolted together like two flanges. Does anyone know if these have a name or where to buy them.
