Powermat inverter welder,highly recommended

Hello all!!. I've had my Clarke 145 turbo for 6 years and used it occasionally. From memory,it never gave good welds from new. Additionally,my lockup has been flooded twice,but still works but the wire feed is iffy. I've now decided to buy an inverter welder,so I can lift it from the floor,and store it onto a shelf. The model I got is a Powermat 220t,and it gives brlliant welds.

Multi function as well so you can arc or tig. It looks good for the ebay price.

How long u had it have u tried all, stick and is it lift tig, but what is it like on mig how many out of 100 as I'm looking for something now very light just for my own use did fully retire but got bits n bobs to do I did use not long since a searly 150 does good welds but a bit heavy for me for lifting.

Hello Keeny,unfortunately,mine didn't last long. I did get a refund. Eventually,I purchased a Sealey inverter which is equally as good and very light to pick up. I didn't try the tig

I used a Sealey 150 supermig transformer type it did good welds but because of health issues I needed something alot lighter so hot to be a inverter, but I don't think they weld as good as transformers but only need when needed just for my own use
