Powder coated roof rack.

I have just had my roof rack blasted and powder coated. Now I have the rack back there are some pitted areas and some holed areas from the blasting.
So, now I need a way of tidying up these areas.
The pitted (non holed areas, I am tempted to leave) the holed areas, I am now pondering how to fix it.
Do I,
A. Grind back and fill with weld (breaking the seal of the powder coat)
B. Give it a skim with filler and spray over with black paint
C. Other?

C: Leave it alone - it's only a roof rack?

Filler and spray if you need to do anything with it.
Welding makes a right mess of powdercoating

I suppose the main thing is to keep the weather out so it doesn't rot from the inside

I have a can of underseal needing a new role in life so it will be put to good use.

i wouldn't use underseal on it, should we get any sort of summer it will soften up and if really hot may run especially as the finish is black which attracts heat in the first place

My bad, I meant use it for inside the box section and tubing.
