Powcon not ticking

Hi, I’m in Australia & have a Strata STM275 welder that I bought new for my personel use. This is a rebadged Powcon that was sold in Australia. Has been a fantastic welder with a great duty cycle. Machine has only ever been setup for 240V, single phase. Went to use machine & no output (not ticking, no smoke, no Kapow) Machine sat unused for approx 12- 18 months. I know Powcon are no more & spare parts are scarce but would love to get it going. Had quick look inside case & no obvious issue. Seeking help where to start looking/checking. I have a manual & schematic that came with the machine. Currently away at work can post manual photo once home.

Powcon the Legend - 300 SM, low OCV

I have a powcon 300 SM that has low OCV, is only reading 28 volts with no load, but I have 340 volts across both main capacitors and each side of my "filter board" or rectifier board is putting out 150 volts. However, I have no ticking sound. The screen also reads "HHH" on the LCD. Anyone...

If the input rectifier works and you have about 340 volts DC ( 240 x 1.4 ) across the capacitors and nothing looks burnt, the fault is probably a failure on the Control board.
