PowCon 225 SMC repair

I have a PowCon 225SMC PlasmaPlus welder.The Plasma Cutter Quit working one day.No red indcator lights with trigger pulled.It lost the pilot arc and cutter arc.Now the mig welder output voltage is at around 50v with the trigger pulled.It stays the same no matter what the power is set at.When trying to weld the wire just glows orange and is deflected off the workpiece.I looked inside and nothing looks out of place,no sign of loose terminals,melted parts.Also there was no smoke or odd sounds when when it happened.Does anyone have any ideas on troubleshooting these problems?I did replace the 2 fuseable resisters about 20 years ago when I got it because it had no output.

You might find an answer here or be able to contact the guy who posted at least he appears to have a manual at the time he posted.

Thread 'PowCon welder not working'

After my PowCon welder sat idle for input two years I tried to use it but it would not work. Ok I checked the power supply it’s fine, checked to see if there was power to primary wires inside yes that was ok fan works when I turn on the power switch, mig wilder will feed wire no arc ! Stick welde no arc , Plasma cutter no arc , and finally the front panel does not light up does anyone have an idea we’re I should start
