Postal deliveries in Poland

I'm clutching at straws with this question.
Has anyone any idea if the postal service in Poland is as good as ours with random addresses?
I have the person's name and town in Poland, nothing else.
Worth a stamp to try it?

Tried looking them up online?

Note that Royal mail will open items and read them to try and get further details on the address if needed, I assume Poland will do the same. I would not be expecting it to arrive..

I'm trying to find my business partner. We own a buy-to-let together. He married a Polish woman and moved to her home town.
Doesn't answer phone, email, WhatsApp, text. Can't send messages via Facebook nor post on his page. His wife deleted her Facebook page after I tried to contact her.
A total PITA, especially as the other partner in this venture did exactly the same.
I'll have to go to court and prove we have tried everything to contact him.
I checked on the probate search, not dead. Unlike the other partner who died and left all his money to his next door neighbour.

Nothing to loose then but even if he does get it, you wont know unless he wants you to know...

Is he owing? preventing you selling?

Hire a polish investigator to find him, could be more fruitful than the postal service...

One assumes he, or his wife might be registered to vote?

I've asked our fantastic admin assistant who is from Poland. If she tells me anything usefull, I'll be back after lunch.

We sold our other property, he took his share, my share ended up being used to refurbish the other house we own.
The mortgage runs out soon. I'd like to sell.
I can't do anything without his signature.

Id agree, this is what Id try once all normal avenues are exhausted. His wifes full name would certainly help

He was as good as gold. As a mortgage advisor he was able to get good deals. Then he took on a home help franchise, had an affair with the Polish secretary, now his wife.
Then took on a gym franchise, was having affairs with two of his staff. The future wife then dropped him in it.
He walked away from a large four bed detached house in Chigwell and rented a dump in Felixstowe with future wife.
Last text was to say he had had enough of UK, off to Poland. That was the last contact.
He is 14 years her senior.
