Can anyone recommend a post processing program that I can download for converting a CAD 3D solid model into a program code that can be loaded onto a CNC mill or lathe running the Heidenhain system?
Are there any specifics that I need to know about the machines or the version of Heidenhain that is controlling them?
I'll be honest this isn't something I know much about so would really appreciate any help. I've done a bit of googling and have so far only managed to completely confuse myself!
