F2 Fault from faults manual
B1/B2 flow switches disagree for more than 4 seconds
Which can be caused by air in system, sluggishly turning magnet, faulty switch or bad connections.
The pipe I believe connects to a hose tail fitting on the top of the water inlet tank near the front of the machine.
hi chris thanks for reply , so fault still seems to be these chuffing switchers shown near the pipe in the pic , ill try locate too more , as I opened then brass nut and everything is free moving ,,regards this spare pipe are u classing front were the other hose is (other which goes to front is the clear coloured pipe witch has a brass on/off tap on front of machince ,, so still a bit confused , unless it should be contected to it , or this maybe causeing problem ?
really appreciate it chris , make things worst with not having a manual not know what everything is or what the faults mean, is yours faulty or one you don't use chris
Was a customers, had too many serious (expensive) faults to put right. Just kept it to use as spares for other machines.
Parts manuals for most pressure washers aren’t fantastic as they usually only show one or two assemblies per page and not how they are connected together
save it way things are going chris looking like I maybe needing some spares , mind run great for the first 10mins ,so im assuming its nothing too major , im no technical expert at these things tbh , but not bad at modifying car tranplants ,and welding tbh ,,
Coupled the hose and it pressurize row and blows off ,looks like the one way valve is faulty but seems to be working and heating ,,,and turning on and off ok
when machine was running blow off were it contects on the brass fitting near gauge..i noticed very slowly trickles out when running .ps is it normal to see bluesmoke from burner when triggrr of lance is released.when running burner looks clean(smoke free)
If its leaking from the pipe then the one way valves need checking in the housing on the pump end of the blue hose, to make sure there's nothing holding a valve open. I'll send you a picture of the way the valves are fitted in the housing when I get to my pc.
Check the fuel filter, if that's ok and smoke only lasts a few seconds then it's not far out. It can be difficult to set burners up without some test equipment and a bit of experience.
