Any tips on settings and torch techniques for welding overhead Tee Fillets in 8-10mm low carbon steel plate

To be honest your settings, torch angles and techniques etc would be pretty much the same as welding in the flat, the main thing is to get comfortable and make sure you have all the right PPE then you're not worrying about getting burnt by falling spatter
