Polycarbonate Flap

I remember seeing somewhere about a guy who made a pet flap in a polycarbonate sheet by cutting a square out and using rubber hinges (inner tube hinges) and pop rivets BUT ....I cant for the life of me relocate the article on the internet. Some of you guys have younger minds and better memory's has any one seen it about??

Cheers but it was "how to " I was looking for. Its basically a full sheet of 10mm triple wall polycarbonate which had a square cut into it and I think he used a cycle innertube for the hinge.

You can cut it with a hacksaw. The suppliers tend to use a knife to cut shapes.

Rivetting is an acceptable method of fixing, with sufficient backing to the rivet.
