polishing fiddly bits

After painting the inside of my beetle in basecoat and clearcoat I've got some odds and ends of dust in the paint.Is there a easy way of polishing them out while still keeping the wet look or is it best just to leave as is?
Should I leave for a while or is it better to do it earlier rather than later?
Got 3 coats of 2 pack clear on.

I use a Snap On mini polisher for difficult bits, great little tool. I like to wait a few days before flatting and polishing.

OOOh, I fancy one of those.Is that a 3 inch polisher?
Thing is the dash is full of curves, angles and awkward bits I don't think a polisher would get to without causing damage.I was looking after some polish or something just to take the raised bits off that you can feel with your fingers.I've got some farecla total dry use liquid compound somewhere that I'll try.

Yes very easy to use once you have the hang of it, I do dashboards with it quite easily but you need to master it first.

I might have one of those, is it the same as the one that grinds or does it run slower?
Is it a da or rotary?
I've got one that takes roloc discs for grinding.

It's quite slow like you need for polishing, it's rotary

I've found a low speed air polisher on ebay and some polishing pads.
How do you go about with the polishing process on smaller stuff?
Do you flat of first if so what grade?
Which coloured pad?
What polish?
Sorry for so many questions but I've never polished before, just left as straight from the gun finish.
Everything I read up on polishing seems to be for complete panels.

Same process as anything else really, flat with 1200, 1500, 2000, then i use 3M trizact disc to 4000 grit, then white pad G3, then G10 on black waffle pad, then finish with 3M swirl remover with a lambswool mop, them Meguirs Gold hand glaze. Others will do it differently.
