Plastic sheet

I need some plastic clear sheet. You might have seen my enclosure build for my CNC Mill in the "what you did today" thread and now it is finished I need some plexiglass/Acrylic/Polycarbonate sheet to make the viewing windows. 2 to 4mm thick works but the real clincher: I want to be able to bend it so it will conform to the shape of the doors. I had stuff in the past which bent wonderfully but naturally I have totally forgotten the name or indeed where I got it from

Most likely you had poycarbonate sheet, Lexan and Macrolon are two common names for it.

Used the above for roofing materials.

Only gripe with them was no notice for delivery day/time. Need to call and hassle them.

Try a phone call to these peeps and ask them for their recommendation , they cut to your size.

I use them for all my nylon/plastic engineering stock.
