Well folks , things have moved on a pace , I can tell you .
On Monday some of the guys involved in helping to see if the container thing was viable went to find out about planning , building control , electricity supply drains and water to the site as we want to try & find out the score as to whether any consents were needed & likely costs etc. etc .
Suddenly on finding out that the project would not only be for fit mobile people who are working or retired , but that it will also also involve wheel chaired people & others not so physically or mentally fit , the people we were making enquiries with have said a whole new door has opened for the group .
Wrt planning &and services consents etc things are channelled differently to the groups advantage . Best of all the group involved in the project are now going to be helped to apply for all manner of grants & also Lottery funding big time for a purpose built green energy place on gifted community land .
So there will not be any container bodies to cut up or move .
Thanks to all of you who have given me your time , ideas & help .
Dave .
