Hi,

We recently bought a SIP Plasma 80 cutter. The transformers were burned out so I have had them rewound. However, the unit is still not working.

It no longer blows any fuses and the cooling fan runs and the low pressure light goes out when the compressor is on. but we get no air out of the gun?

Are there any fundamental checks I can do to try and isolate the problem?

Does anyone have a circut diagram?

Have you tested the solenoid valve on the air circuit?

Yes, I put 24vAC onto it and it clicked open.

How do I test the rectifier circut?
