Looks like a member of the Fox glove family (digitalis)
It is poisonous, if eaten.

The camera doesn't seem to like the flowers. Not one is in focus.

It's not Digitalis Purpurea.

Hold a sheet of lined A4 just behind the plant stem and try again, the phone should be able to focus on the contrast of the lines the unknown flower will be sharper.
I would have gone for Hollyhock https://www.google.com/search?clien...i5i30j0i8i30.ni8azncq0uo#imgrc=KB4XNYix_ttIQM: but perhaps not the leaves don't look the same.
