No adjustable balance or frequency for aluminium.
No adjustable balance or frequency for aluminium.
Yes had noticed i just seen pulse mentioned in the spec sheet nothing else. I take it that is what you need for aluminium welding.
Side note was looking at the oxford website earlier to day just out of interest noticed on thier multi process machine they were quoting you could dc tig weld aluminium upto 2-3mm this would suggest you could weld thinner on dc tig but from my limited knowledge that isnt possible or at least very very difficult.
That's true but it makes life easier. You don't "need" adjustable balance or frequency for Ali. I used to have a basic transformer set that worked well.
Seller's address is a posh office in Holborn. Probably just drop-shipping stuff from China.
@Robbie260 Why not just buy direct if you wanted a Stahlwerk machine? (Or am I missing something..?)

Your absolutely right you don’t need balance and frequency adjustment providing the preset values are actually preset somewhere useful. The problem is I bet they aren’t.You don't "need" adjustable balance or frequency for Ali. I used to have a basic transformer set that worked well.
