A timely thread, my Mother who is 92 (still drives and works 3 days a week) told me yesterday there will be a big home made meat and tyatty pie for tea tonight, she was a master baker/confectioner for over 50 years and her home made grub is out of this world...happy Saturday

Can I recommend the Costco mince pies? I don't even like mince pies but these are something else. Sponge top instead of pastry. They are the crystal meth of festive food.
