Picture resizing app

I have joined another forum. If you are posting pictures they have to be no bigger than 600x 850. I have managed resize two on the iPad but others I can’t make small enough. I need a resizing app that is easy and straight forward to use and suitable for an iPad. What do you people in the know recommend?

go into your pictures, select the ones you want to resize, and send them to yourself via your email, when you press send it will ask what size you want the email, select the smallest option then when you receive the email from yourself to yourself detach the resized pictures to where you want to save them. works for me and Im a total numpty when it comes to techy stuff
