Pickling paste

Can anyone recommend a good quality pickling paste that doesn't cost to much my local shop charges £45 for it and I don't know if that's cheap or not

Sounds a reasonable price if it is the 2.5Kg size.

It's antox 71e plus 2kg

Think that is what I had, ran out today . Thought it was 2.5Kg but may just be 2.
I got mine at least 10 years ago and I think I was around the £30 mark, that is why I thought the £45 may not be too bad.
Doing a quick Google though seems to throw up about £35 for 2Kg but different brands.

Pickup only though, they wont post so you would need a local depot. Then again it may help you bargain with your local place

Another question @Hood are the parweld tungsten worth the money because I just bought five super strike and they charged £2.71 each

No I haven't till today I was told that they are good for low amps but they seem expensive it just parweld is all they sell even the red top ones are £2.00 I can't remember what there called

I have some Parweld tungstens and they are fine enough but to be honest I didn't see any difference between them and any others brands I have used.
Now all I use are the 2% Lanthanated just purely because they seem to work well enough and I can use on both AC and DC.
