Just a quick one.
Been welding now for about 2 years ( mainly TIG) but recently been doing a lot of MIG. The main type of welds I'm doing are 6mm fillets on material ranging from 6mm upto 15mm using a pushing weave like technique or forward then back slightly while making sure I keep the arc at the front of the run.
Running at 22v and 8.0 wire speed which works well on 10mm material but just wondered if this is to high on 6mm material and to low on 12-15mm?
Help will be much appreciated
