Doing some rendering on the back of the house, I'm just labouring, the existing stuff is canterbury spar, it doesn't need to match the other stuff. Can't get the spar stuff locally or cheap.
The question is would pea gravel stick into the top coat? My mate who is the experienced one has his concerns about whether the gravel will stick into the topcoat. There are references to using it online and some aggregate merchants list it in there render aggregates but nothing conclusive.
