Hi guys.
I been using eBay and PayPal for years.
I don't sell to much but every time I sell something I have to wait 21 faffing days for it to clear. Have spoken to PayPal and they said 7 days. Getting seriously humpy now. My bank account is all good and never had any problems

That’s a bit weird, my funds are almost immediately available, but there again, I’ve just realised that I went down the business account years ago.

Double check your settings, and make sure you never click on the paypal cheque button. Pain in the bottom both as a buyer and a seller.

It may be that your buyers are using Paypal cheque?

Mines always cleared with a couple of hours. Never had an issue unless the buyers using an e-cheque or run into payment issues.

I was told previously by ebay that because i hadnt 25 sales in the previous year my money was being held.
i had about ten sales worth 7 or 8 grand in total with perfect feedback,around 50 purchases too.
if i sold 25 pages of a4 paper for £0.01 each my funds would go through automatically then.ridiculous

ive found paypal quick off the mark if you owe it something they soon send out letters that you owe it something

but slow on sending you your readys from the paypal system

They did the same thing to me. Result? I haven’t sold a thing through eBay in the last 2 years.
Total bunch of p takers.

They do it incase the buyer decides there's something wrong then they can just refund them that's why they hold the postage costs as well
