Apologies if I am being vacant here, but my welding helmet arrived today and inside the box were an outer and inner lens, but the helmet already had lenses fitted. They look identical to the ones in the helmet, so I assume they are spares, but the manual didn't make mention of spares lenses.

They usually ship with spares I think....just make sure the outer is definitely in place.
When I started out I had real difficulty seeing the weld pool...after quite some time I realised my old mask had been shipped with a plastic film cover. Not my finest moment I must say
I also have the same parweld mask...the true colour really is a step up. Their lense is not far off my 3m mask for clarity.
