I know it is very unlikely he will buy that one, but that particular one is for 300 (3mm wide) inserts. His inserts are 400 (4mm wide) so would not fit that particular Sandvik product code.
As a side note, 4mm wide parting inserts take a good bit of power to drive them. The holder will be quite deep so may be difficult to hold in a smaller machine. On smaller material, they are quite wasteful because of their kerf (parting off a 4mm slice of material will lead to 50% waste as swarf).
