Part fabrication

Hi, anyone knows of any company or individual that can remake a part for me? Ideally near Nottingham...
I don't have a lathe or the skill to use one so I need to find someone.

The part is the front cross bar for my 1927 Humber, this bar is about 33mm in Dia its length is 587mm. In each end the bolt shown in the picture needs to slide in before a thread, again in each end are the little lugs to prevent the bar turning you can just about see them in the photo.
It seams most places I have spoken to are not interestted "job too small"
So any help would be most welcome...
