About 4 months ago I signed up to Parkers website to price up some steel, never ordered it as I am not quite ready for it.
Since then I have had the normal advertising emails from them and today I received this:

Any one else get this email, is it just aimed at me because I got a quote for a large order (£2000+) and didn't follow through or is it a mass marketing ploy aimed at all their customers.

Just use the basket for getting prices.
Had the sales team ring me a couple of times back along too.

Quite tempted to put through the same order to see if they have increased my discount and by how much!

I do buy steel and Ali (not in huge amounts) from Parker Steel. And have had a similar email from them in the past. But when I looked into it, it was necessary to have a full blown account with them to take advantage of the discount offer, so not attractive for me. Right now I just order the stuff I want and pay with credit card, steel etc. usually gets deliveed next day, always found the drivers to be helpful with unloading to my workshop which isn't that near the road -all my online orders of £100 plus always had free delivery too. -usual disclaimer applies about just being a customer in case this should read like an advert

Does any of you chaps up north use Ksteels?

Ive been using them for a few years, these are the typical prices for gate and railing type material.

I reckon the prices are pretty decent, but what do you all reckon? Im always open to suggestions if theres a better deal to be had.
