Lidl and Aldi chocalate is good but i cannt get it on the island, so send off to "Buy Whole Foods Online" for their 70% Belgium dark chocolate drops,,,,, https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/cacao-and-chocolate

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get someone to post you some Lidl choc from the mainland?

Just looked at the label on a packet of Sainsbury chocolate digestives. Should be relabelled as chocolate flavoured palm oil digestives.

I used to normally buy a bar of chocolate with the weekly shop, now it’s a rarity.
Lidl ( sometimes Aldi) still have ok bars at ok prices.

1 price has gone crazy high, bars that used to be under £1 are now often over £2.

2 Shrinkflation. A 4 pack of mars bars etc now has 4 kids sized bars. Even single bars are smaller.

3 Quality. A lot of that used to be decent are now tasteless.

The Aldi mars bar option, can't think of the name, are quite nice

I like Lidl Choco & Caramel bars - they taste like an older style Mars bar but are still cheap although the price has increased recently.
