Hopefully anyway! I have to mask off the driver's aperture, hang the masking film curtains and clean.
My query concerns wet edge. The hardener I am using, Sunox Viper is a ten minute hardener. Using 600mL pots, I am not going to get a full coat from one pot so will have to mix as I go. I don't want to mix three or four pots ready because of the fast hardening time. So, if I start with tricky bits and work from the bottom up, how do I keep the paint from giving dry patches?
Today I did the rear and passenger doors. Gun was fluttering and so the finish wasn't very good. I mixed some more, fixed the gun and recoated them. Then i put one panel resting on the other without realising, so that's another job to redo!
Dust level is still too high really, so I think I will just get plenty of paint on and burnish it back once hard.
