Painting Over Epoxy

Hi;

I painted some suspension parts with Epoxy last night but did not have enough time to do the Top Coat (Fast Engine Paint).
The Epoxy has been on for 12 hours or so, does it need flatting or can I spray straight over it, i'll be spraying the Fast Engine Paint thinned with Celly Thinners to 10 - 20%?

Surface Dry Time is 10 Hours at 23 Degrees.

I got a reply in another Forum saying keying wouldn't hurt? So I used P800 to be safe and just gave it a very light going over, next time i'll spray without keying as long as I am within the window before curing, but would not leave it any more than a day anyway.

Keying will never hurt, I don't use the Jotun as the Lechlar is far better in my opinion, If you think it may be outside the window then you should key it.
