Surely it could wait until warmer weather? Not long now and day time temps could be significantly warmer before long. April will probably bring some half decent painting days.
This time of year the only thing id be doing is welding and/ or underbody work as if you use jotamastic wintergrade all you need to do is mix the stuff indoors/ atleast 10 celcius and warm the substrate for while to make sure it's dry and above dew point. After that the epoxy mastic will cure in temps as low as -5c and has a very long overcoat window with itself.
