Hi.....been using Starchem Synstryp with good results.....but local store only has PARAMOSE PAINT STRIPPER , has anyone compred them . if so which one did you find being the better...cheers
Up to last year I could have got Starchem proper stripper shipped to me, but now it only goes to registered professional paint businesses.

It's dangerous stuff and as such, needs regulation but I'm old skool, and believe in exercising common sense. However. Paint stripper kept in a shed or garage can easily impact children. Weedkiller suffered the same fate. This being said, many manufacturers will attempt to cash in on the regulated products but face similar restrictions re: potency

I have been going to mix Aerosil (gelling agent) or diatomaceous earth + alkali (NaOH) + water for a long time. Make a real paint eater that does not flow from the vertical.
