Paint stand and hooks etc

I‘m painting a car and doing all the panels at the moment. I’ve just got a few paint trestles and can hang stuff from wires from the ceiling. Anyone got any better solutions for when sanding panels and painting. Trestles are fine for one side and wires swing and move.

I have two of those. Very useful as you can adjust them to suit the panel, or even string mig wire between the hooks for small parts.

In my paint room I've got 2 rails on the ceiling to hang stuff for painting.

To stop large items swinging about during painting I have a 5l water filled paint can that I hang on the bottom of the item. For smaller items I have a wire s hook that I attach on the bottom of the item & hold with my free hand.
