Paint pain

Just got the laverda out of the shed for its spring MOT and found all the paint work had loads of small blisters, can i bring it back or is this a respray?

Micro blistering, it may well not look so bad once it's warmer but I would sand it right back and repaint to get rid of it, it's caused by moisture in usually the primer

As Langy says, probably micro Blisters, although I ride a Triumph and the plastic tank models are now starting to deform and stretch causing ripples, due to the amount of ethanol in fuel, currently 5% but next year being increased to 10%!!! Ducati's are also suffering from this. Starting to cause issues in fuel injection systems too, where o rings etc are being affected.
