Paint mix ratio

Bought some of this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390344983644?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 a while back and now ready to use it, I can't see any mix ratio on the Ebay add or even the paint tin but I'm assuming it's 3:1 because there is a hardner along with a thinner?

Anyone know if im right/wrong?

i wouldnt guess at it...ask the seller

edit-the link says 2-1+10% thinner

Mixing Ratio: 2 parts 2k acrylic paint 1 part 2k Hardener then add 10% 2k Thinner to the final mix.

This is what it says on the ebay ad.
