Pad size for 2 post lift ?

Hi guys n gals, i have been wanting a 2 post car lift in my pound for a while now, well since diividing the garden up, i have a 20x20 foot work pound which to one side i am going to build a 14x7 workshop and on the other side i want to fit a 2 post lift.

So i am laying a pad of 18x10 foot but how thick does it need to be? also is the 18x10 big enough?
