Oxford or not?

Yesterday i saw an Oxford welder on ebay

Inverter 200A 60%
119 euro

It's red whit ampmeter.

There is also the 250A 60% for 140 euro

But i'm not sure that is the same Oxford that you love.

There are also an tig mig 200A on Amazon for the same price.
Also stamos 200A same price.
Wich it's better?

Oxford machines aren't inverter based and they're green in colour. Any chance of a link to have a gander?

what Tom Orrow means is can we have a photo of the machine........Oxford welders were always old fashioned oil cooled welders, very heavy and not easy to transport for mobile jobs / work..........

be careful, often Asian manufacturer's USE the names of other's, hoping for sales based on someone else's reputation.........

again it all depends on what kind off work you want to do with this machine.........if it is what I call heavy, gates and general fabrication an Oxford will do the job BUT it would not be any use if you want to weld up car bodywork.....
so, in my view if u want to weld cars and do general fabrication I would go for a MIG.......TIG will do everything but they are very expensive for a good machine and need a high skill level to use them .....
I use a 180amp mig for cars and delicate work but it would weld up gates as well........ but where I live the gas is very, very expensive, so the MIG only get used for special job's.
my Oxford, oil cooled stick/MMG welder gets used for everything else........

I don't know if it's better this or stamos or tigmig
Im looking for an inverter welder, but nothing of lot expensive, but also nothing of total cheap

I would buy something like tigmig.

At least the seller is from Verona and speak Italian.
From reading in other places, they have a decent aftersale support,
if the machine you buy should be defective.
