Oxford mig welders

Was searching the net and flebay as in the future I would like to get a mig welder, prolly secondhand, I stumbled on this site? http://www.oxfordwelders.co.uk/index.html are these the same people that made those really good oil cooled arc welders?..

They are made by tec arc in york, the same people that make the portamig welders.
