I'm looking to buy one of those new Oxford migs (I know they arn't made buy pickhill's) and they are made by the same people that make the much respected Portamig. I also know my way round welders and welding so I'm realy just looking to hear some opinions from someone who owns (or uses) one / the models either side, or even maybe some nice chap not to far from me might let me have a go on theirs
before I break out the green folding stuff.
My useage will mainly be light stuff/automotive repairs ect. with the need to weld heavy stuff limited to gates/cattle feed rails and steel tipper bodies being ocasional as the faithful pickhill oil cooled can cope with all the big stuff more than happily
many thanks!
